Echo
Weekend is our annual camp that each and every year students from all
over look forward to attending. The weekend has been planned and prepped
just for grades 6-12. This weekend is the perfect balance between fun,
friends and intentionality in connecting with God. One of the biggest
reasons why we think it is very impactful is due our students getting
out of their normal environments.
The dates are November
10th-12th (Friday-Sunday). We all meet at the church for check in. We
ride to our camp site in chartered buses. This year’s camp will be at
Camp Geneva in Fruitland Park, FL. We break up into cabins by age and
gender. Each cabin has a lead chaperone and a co-lead with great
intention for your students. Safety is always a question for us and a
question we receive from new parents to our ministry. We can’t
emphasize enough that we have Bridgeway staff present, chaperones (leads
and co-leads), a hospitality team, a few trained professionals in
medical and our dedicated volunteers from our safely team that walk the
property through the day and night with express purpose to keep all of
us safe and sound.
To register; simply click student registration
to fill out this online form. If you prefer the paper version you can
download your registration packet below. Everyone who registers is
required to fill out our Bridgeway Liability form as well. If you
register online, the liability form is combined. You can scan and
email your completed packet to us by emailing our B7 Registration Team or you can bring your completed packet and physical payment this upcoming Sunday or Wednesday.
Our
hope and desire is that you would trust us with your student for a
weekend built with great intention typically resulting in a powerful and
fun time for students.
- PARENTS -
We have a mandatory parents meeting Wednesday, November 8th immediately following our youth service.
We have attached the printed version of what Echo Weekend mean to us. This might shed some light in other areas as well. If we can call and clarify any other specific question you have, we would be happy to do so. In our mandatory parent meeting, we cover even down to the specific detail of what the weekend entails, provide a chance for parents to meet said chaperones, exchange phone numbers and provide parents "what to expect” for the weekend for their students.
